Volunteer requirements and concessions donations may change this year due to covid restrictions. Please watch your email for more information.
As this is a very non-traditional year with a very non-traditional structure, we will not be requiring parent volunteers. However, there may be situations and opportunities (such as labeling and distributing ribbons, timing during one of our time-trial “meets,” etc.) where we will need help. If you are willing and able to help us during those times, please sign up on the volunteer form that will be available during check in during the first week of practice.
Hello Queensmill Quackers and thank you in advance for helping our meets to run smoothly and ontime. As many of you know, our meets are run strictly by volunteers and we couldn't do this without everyone pitching in to help out. As part of your commitment to swim team, every family is required to fill a job in each meet they have a swimmer participating in. Please sign up for a slot that works for your families schedule. Since this meet is virtual (our swimmers and families only) we anticipate that it will last 2.5-3 hours. Thank you so much for making these meets run smoothly! Go Quackers!
Every year we ask families to help our concessions by providing 1 item for each home meet. We usually split up the list of families alphabetically; however, this last meet of concessions includes ALL last names (to ensure that all families have been asked to donate an equal amount of times this swim season). We request that you sign up to bring one item to concessions for the July 13th meet against Chester.
